Colleen
GLOWcycle's Marketing Specialist
Hi, my name is Colleen Crandall. I moved to Sturbridge a year ago and once I discovered GlowCycle I was hooked!
As someone who has played sports her entire life, I love the culture of GlowCycle and everything the different coaches and classes have to offer. When I'm not at the gym, I am a producer in Boston for a production company -- working on commercials, films, and social media content for brands both big and small. I'm excited to be part of the GlowCycle fam and continue to grow this community!

Alli
Alli lives in Charlton with her husband and three kids. She has been teaching spin and a variety of group exercise classes for over 12 years! Spin fusion is her absolute favorite class to teach, combining cardio and strength. In her classes, music is everything - Alli works really hard to create a great playlist for every class which will keep you motivated and dripping in sweat.
Alli's favorite part of teaching is watching people get stronger and more confident throughout their fitness journey. She loves how a good workout makes herself feel and loves sharing this with others. There can never be a bad day at the gym - you must love yourself enough to take care of YOU! Look forward to seeing you in class!

Kate
Kate has been teaching group exercise and yoga since 2008. She has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a masters degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies. She is an ACSM certified exercise physiologist, and AFAA group fitness instructor, a Keiser indoor cycle instructor, and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. She loves teaching a variety of group exercise formats, including indoor cycle, HIIT, bootcamp, TRX, kettlebells, yoga, BOSU, strength training, and more. Kate's goal is to offer fun fitness classes for all levels within a welcoming, uplifting environment.

Megan
4 years ago, Megan started teaching group fitness. She first became certified in TRX and HIIT. Her interest in group classes has continued to evolve and grow. She started taking classes at GLOW Cycle in December and was hooked right away. She loves that you really get out what you put into it. There are days she might be ready to challenge herself and days where she needs to make things a little less difficult. The classes at GLOW are made for you to get out what you need to that class, you choose your own path. She needs group fitness classes to hold her accountable, push her along the way and encourage her to keep going. Each instructor at GLOW Cycle is slightly different and has their own unique style. She knows her style of teaching will incorporate many of her favorite moves and music but don’t worry she will include the moves she is not a huge fan of too. She am really excited to get started. She know others will fall in love with her super fun class. Her classes are for all levels so don’t be afraid to try something new!
When Megan is not riding on a bike, or out raising money for UConn where she works as the Sr. Director of Development for the School of Business you will find her in a hockey rink, on the side of a lacrosse field, or at the 18th hole cheering on one of her four kids. Her husband, Matt and her both grew up in Sturbridge. They are fortunate to raise our four teenage children, Sam, Will, Jane and Rose in such a supportive community. She also volunteers with several organizations, as well as continue to serve for the Tantasqua School Committee.

Carrie
Carrie started coming to spin in April of 2023, and instantly fell in love! She remembers driving by one day and happened to notice the studio, and the rest is history. You’ll usually catch her in a morning class
Originally from Springfield, she moved to Charlton a few years back, and currently work as an emergency dispatcher for the town. Dispatching can be stressful and is a veeeery sedentary job. Spin has been such a great outlet for her and has kept her active!
In her free time, she is usually spending time with her fur baby, Charlie. She also like to spend as much time outdoors as possible, hiking and dabbling in nature photography. She is level II Reiki attuned and loves all things ‘woo-woo’ (if you know, you know)

Laura
Laura’s story with Glow Cycle started at our grand opening , where she won a free class pack — and she hasn’t stopped riding since! She jumped right in and tried everything we offered, from 50/50 to barre and Pilates, and after a few years of sweating it out in class, she’s excited to move into the instructor role while finishing up her Group Fitness Instructor certification.
She studied education at UMass Amherst, focusing on early childhood nutrition, and brings that knowledge into her passion for health and movement. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll probably find her on the field coaching softball (a sport she’s played most of her life), spending time with her four kids & husband , or staying active through hiking, golfing, or really any sport that gets her moving.
She also serves the community as a school committee member for Tantasqua Regional High School, as well as the chair of the Holland Elementary School committee member.

Paige
Paige recently graduated from Bridgewater State University with her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and plans to further her education in the physical therapy direction!
Fitness has always been a huge part of Paige's life. She danced for years growing up, played volleyball in high school, and found a passion for the gym. Being an active gym participant, she saw so many different kinds of fitness which led her to trying so many different things. In the mix of everything that she tried, Paige found her love for spin (which she first tried at GlowCycle!), as well as Pilates. She loved group fitness classes so much, her sophomore year of college she ended up getting a Group Fitness Instructor certification, through ACE, and has enjoyed every minute of it since! Over the past few years Paige taught numerous classes on and off campus, including a Stretch and Strengthen class, Pilates, and Spin.
Paige loves sharing her love for health and fitness with others, as well as watching others grow and find enjoyment in moving their bodies! She can’t wait to sweat it out in the studio with everyone! Let’s get up and “Glow”!

Deborah
Debbie took her first spin class in May of 2025 at GLOWcycle and that’s when everything changed. Prior to finding GLOWcycle, group fitness had never been a positive
experience for her, but spin at GLOWcycle was different. It lit a spark that quickly led to other modalities she never imagined herself trying, including strength training, Pilates, and Lagree. What started as one class turned into a full lifestyle shift and a whole new relationship with
movement.
As a Nurse Practitioner with a PhD, Director of a Nurse Practitioner Program, and college professor, Debbie has spent her career on the front lines of healthcare. With years of experience in clinical practice and nursing education, she has witnessed firsthand the very real consequences of not prioritizing your health. She knew she needed to make a change. A mindset shift that was not about chasing a number on a scale or achieving a certain look, but building a
body that was strong, healthy, and capable of keeping up with the life she wanted to live. In the process, she has lost 100 pounds and gained a perspective on health and fitness she wishes she had found years ago.
Debbie never imagined she would become a fitness instructor. She knows what it feels
like to walk into a room unsure, uncomfortable, and convinced it is not for you. She also
understands what it feels like when everything finally clicks into place. Fitness doesn't have a look, a size, or a starting point. She is living proof that you don't need to fit a particular aesthetic to show up, take up space, and challenge yourself.

Moe
As a former Division I volleyball player at Bryant University, movement has always been an important part of Moe’s life. After college, she discovered spin and Pilates and instantly fell in love with the energy, challenge, and sense of community. Wanting to share that experience with others, she decided to become an instructor.
Moe is a certified Spinning Instructor and is currently working toward her ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification. She wants to create fun, high-energy classes that push everyone to challenge themselves while building confidence.
Moe recently graduated from Providence College with a master’s degree in Business Analytics and will be starting her full-time career as an Allocation Analyst at TJX in Framingham. She is so excited to join the GLOW Cycle community and can’t wait to move with you!!

Kelhan
Kelhan is a Schwinn Certified Spin Instructor, registered nurse, and current Nurse Manager with more than 10 years of experience in healthcare. Helping people feel their best has always been at the heart of what she does—whether that’s caring for patients or motivating riders in the studio.
Fitness has been a lifelong passion of hers. From dancing while growing up to CrossFit, running, Les Mills classes, and, of course, spin, Kelhan has always loved challenging herself and staying active. Years ago, Kelhan found a love for spin, and one incredible instructor inspired her to believe in herself and pursue teaching. Now, she is excited to help others discover that same confidence and joy.
Her goal is to create classes that are full of energy, positive vibes, and playlists that keep you coming back for more. Expect a mix of great music—especially ‘90s and 2000s hits, with plenty of Van Halen thrown in! Whether you’re a first-time rider or a seasoned spinner, Kelhan wants every class to leave you feeling stronger, empowered, and proud of what you’ve accomplished.
When she is not in the studio, she spending time with her husband and their two boys. You’ll usually find her cheering them on at the ice rink or the lacrosse field, enjoying every moment of their busy family life.
She can’t wait to ride with you and help you crush your fitness goals—one ride at a time!

In her free time she loves to see live music and create amazing playlists!! She has two sons and a husband who are all musicians. Sue also has who she calls the "worlds best dog" (I think we all have one of those right?)
Catch Sue covering some PM classes here and there!

Charice
Charice is a Certified Spinning Instructor, 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Group Fitness Instructor and LiveStrong Trainer. She is currently working towards becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist. Her goal is to support people on their health and wellness journey by helping them access the strength and resilience within themselves while having a little fun. And, as a Pan-Mass participant the past few years, she just might try to convince you to hop on a road bike and join her outside the studio for a few (or a few more) miles. When not teaching or out riding, she is either busy with her Graphic Design & Marketing business or perhaps out on a hike with her husband and dog.
