Here at GLOWcycle we offer multiple styles of on and off bike classes to give you a great variety of workouts each week, and the ability to pick and choose the styles that work best for you and your body!
Classic Rhythym Ride
Our signature music based cycling class that incorporates hills, sprints and out of saddle work for a heart pumping, empowering (and sweaty) ride! The music is the base of this workout, so get ready for some stellar songs with great beats to help push you through those tough drills.
Spin and Sculpt
Coach Alli’s special! You will start out with a 30 minute Classic Rhythm Ride, and follow it with a variety of arm and ab burners- sometimes on bike, and sometimes off bike these burners will leave you feeling strong, lean and sculpted!
Pilates & Strength Fusion
Combine the core strengthening principles of Pilates with the power of strength training in this full-body workout! This class focuses on enhancing overall strength through a mix of controlled movements, resistance exercises, and mindful breathing. Perfect for all levels, leaving you feeling strong and energized!

Express Classes
Signing up for this class signs you up for either the 30 minute spin (12-12:30) or the 30 minute strength (12:30-1) class, or for both! Regardless it is 1 class pass! These classes are the perfect midday pick me up, or a great way to get some movement in on a busy day!
50/50
Half on Bike, Half off Bike! The on bike portion of class focuses on heart pumping cardio as well as lower body strength with lots of hills, sprints and out of saddle work using the music as a guide! Off bike focuses on upper body, core and glute strength using dumbbells, body weight and other equipment!
Rhythm And Strength
Get ready to sweat, groove, and strengthen in this high-energy 45-minute workout that combines the best of both worlds: heart-pumping spin and body-sculpting strength training! In the first 30 minutes, you'll ride to the beat of motivating rhythms,.The last 15 minutes of the class are dedicated to sculpting, using weights to target key muscle groups either on or off the bike.
Pedal and Pilates
Join us for an invigorating class that seamlessly blends the high-energy of cycling with the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates. In Pedals and Pilates, you’ll start with an exhilarating ride on stationary bikes, where you'll pedal to the rhythm of upbeat music, boosting your heart rate and energizing your spirit.After the cycling segment, transition to a calming Pilates session focused on flexibility, core stability, and body awareness. Led by our experienced instructors, you'll engage in a series of controlled movements designed to enhance your strength and posture, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

Seasonally Offered Classes
Rhythm Burn
Rhythm Burn combines our classic rhythm ride with added upper body choreography! This class provides the best of both worlds- you get fantastic cardio workout, with a great upper and lower body burn! This class is taught mostly out of the saddle, however, it is beginner friendly as all moves will have variations! All choreography will be based off the music making this a fun and engaging workout!
Spin Barre Fusion
The one where Spin Class meets Barre Class!! Get a fabulous cardio workout AND a stellar strength workout through Barre movements! 20 minutes on bike, 20 minutes off bike will leave you feeling sweaty and accomplished!
