CLASSES WE OFFER
Here at GLOWcycle we offer multiple styles of on and off bike classes to give you a great variety of workouts each week, and the ability to pick and choose the styles that work best for you and your body!
Classic Rhythym Ride
Our signature music based cycling class that incorporates hills, sprints and out of saddle work for a heart pumping, empowering (and sweaty) ride! The music is the base of this workout, so get ready for some stellar songs with great beats to help push you through those tough drills.
Spin and Sculpt
Coach Alli’s special! You will start out with a 30 minute Classic Rhythm Ride, and follow it with a variety of arm and ab burners- sometimes on bike, and sometimes off bike these burners will leave you feeling strong, lean and sculpted!
Pilates
An off bike class that focuses on muscle sculpting and joint stabilization while maintaining ideal flexibility! This class uses body weight exercises, mat work, and bands to focus on arms, legs, core and glutes!
Pedal and Pilates
Join us for an invigorating class that seamlessly blends the high-energy of cycling with the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates. In Pedals and Pilates, you’ll start with an exhilarating ride on stationary bikes, where you'll pedal to the rhythm of upbeat music, boosting your heart rate and energizing your spirit.After the cycling segment, transition to a calming Pilates session focused on flexibility, core stability, and body awareness. Led by our experienced instructors, you'll engage in a series of controlled movements designed to enhance your strength and posture, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
Bike Bootcamp
Bike Bootcamp is an hour long, total body class that uses various equipment (including the bike) in a HIIT style format! HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a very effective method of training that incorporates short bursts of intense work, followed by a rest period! HIIT training improves stamina, helps burn fat and is great for your cardiovascular system! This class will use every muscle in your body, and you will leave feeling accomplished and proud!! This class is offered as a pop up on select Sundays!
50/50
Half on Bike, Half off Bike! The on bike portion of class focuses on heart pumping cardio as well as lower body strength with lots of hills, sprints and out of saddle work using the music as a guide! Off bike focuses on upper body, core and glute strength using dumbbells, body weight and other equipment!
Rhythm Burn
The newest class in our line up! Rhythm burn is a music based class that incorporates on bike arm work as well as our traditional rhythm cycling drills! This class is offered seasonally!
Barre
Ditch your sneakers for this one! Barre is a rhythm based workout that incorporates dance, pilates, and functional fitness movements into a fun and effective class paired with awesome music! Every minute counts in this class and we will make sure you have an intense workout that will leave your body flooded with endorphins! Barre is offered seasonally.
Lunch Break Express Classes
Coach Melissa offers these 30 minute spin and a 30 minute strength classes! They are the perfect midday pick me up, or a great way to get some movement in on a busy day!
Studio is available for private rentals!
